Investor Plug began in 2021 as a CRM and automation company serving real estate investors. As Bri and Ky built custom workflows, lead-management systems, websites, reporting dashboards, and automation for their own businesses and clients, companies outside real estate began asking for the same technology. CRM Plug grew from that demand: a broader custom CRM development and business automation company built to help small businesses replace disconnected tools with one system that actually works.
